Information we may collect
If you contact us by phone, form, email, or text, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share about current coverage, household changes, or a 15-minute review. The consultation form fields are name, email, phone, and message.
How we use information
If you submit the consultation form, we use the name, email, phone number, and message you provide to follow up about a confidential 15-minute annual review and related informational content. Follow-up may include email, phone, or — if you separately opt in — text message. Life Insurance Awareness Month content may be part of that follow-up.
We do not operate a quote engine or calculator, and we do not use submitted information to generate an automated quote or underwriting decision. Coverage decisions are made in underwriting — not by a quote engine. Carriers evaluate data, not intentions.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with insurance carriers or service providers only as needed to process an application you later authorize, or when required by law. Hosting and form processing (including Netlify Forms) may store submissions in order to deliver your message.
SMS

Cookies and analytics
The site may use basic hosting or analytics cookies to understand traffic to informational pages. You can control cookies through your browser. We do not use cookies to run a quote widget — this site has none.
Retention and requests
Review-request records are kept as needed to respond and to meet recordkeeping duties of a licensed insurance representative. You may email greg@insureprotector.com to ask what contact information we hold from a form you submitted.
